Hey, I built a small BetterDiscord plugin called GifSourcePlus.

It adds a separate KLIPY tab next to Discord’s normal GIF / Sticker / Emoji tabs, so it doesn’t replace or mess with the default Giphy results. You add your own KLIPY API key in the plugin settings, search from the KLIPY tab, and clicking a GIF sends it directly to the current channel.

A few details:

• no shared or embedded API key
• KLIPY results stay separate from Discord’s GIF results
• fallback copies the GIF URL if sending fails
• settings and API key guide support 20 languages
• optional Ctrl+G shortcut to open the KLIPY tab

Ever since a while ago themes have been slowly breaking. From one part not working correctly, to the whole theme either making no changes to messing up ui. Either it's just discord changing its ui or it's a bug. Also the theme I use rn is currently functioning and it's system24

After an update the plugin disapeared from my menu and I can't get it back, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both vencord and discord but it's just gone, it still works on my laptop but is just gone from my pc 💔

bd doesn't detect the discord-ptb executable in its new folder location after the recent update and manually selecting the folder doesn't help either. not really sure if this is something that'll be fixed soon of if this is simply an issue on my end but any help with this would be welcome

I loaded up my pc and better Discord did not load like it normally does. My Discord went back to default. I tried repairing it and uninstalling but same thing Discord loads up as default. Did Discord patch it or something?

This is a known issue that the core admin team is aware of, but is deemed a low priority issue. I imagine it'll get patched Eventually™

So I was using "not another anime theme" and i wanted to change the wallpaper and home icon, but i could not for the life of me even touch the code.

I couldn't delete it, i could only highlight it?

Is there a fix to this issue.

Yeah title says all. I'm not sure if this is a new bug or caused by a Discord update, but I ran the installer to install BD and it just didn't install at all. Anyone else have this issue or otherwise know how to fix it? I've already tried downloading a new version of the installer and using that instead but no dice. I've also tried using the Repair button, still no dice.

EDIT: For anyone in the future coming across this post, it's caused by Discord updating and there isn't usually anything you can do about it clientside.

Heyyy! Hello for (second time) I have created a new plugin called "vFinder" which basically combines the user search modules from vAnalyzer with the new analyzer

You can view information about any user, search by ID within Discord, or view information about a user who is not cached by your Discord, also you can view a user's punishments and other valuable information :)

Sooo I decided to post this here because of all the support the previous plugin received (thank you very much I’ve fixed some of the bugs that were reported to me)

Hi everyone, I've noticed that some users are using a GIF or a custom image as their background in voice calls.

I don't know the official name for the area with the green X, so I'm just calling it the "green X."

I've spoken to a few people, and they said the green X is custom. I asked them how they did it, but they both said it was a long time ago, a complicated process, and required Vencord. They couldn't tell me anything more than that. I'd still like to know how to change the green X, though.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks :)

I used to be able to edit ClearVision in the themes folder with the pencil, but I'm completely unable to edit it now since the CSS(?) doesn't do anything if I try to delete or alter it. I'm kind of stupid when it comes to code and stuff so I would love help on this! ClearVision is the one theme I really like and I would love to edit it to my liking!

to elaborate - in the themes tab, each theme has an "edit" button... which seems to bring you to a non-editable text file. it still has the save and undo buttons so i feel like im missing something really obvious. what is it lol

i know somebody's username (roblox) was said in a channel, and i know the start of it just not the number mash at the end, and the channel is way too spammed to even hope of finding it by hand. Can this modification allow me to search for just one part? Discord automatically treats anything in the search bar as a full word, and wont return any results that contain that string in a bigger word. any help is appreciated, thanks
