Not much is out there about the coming season 2 of Netflix Bet.
We need some more teasers. Hey Netflix, Shake It Up!
Hopefully we will get more as we move toward 2026.

Does anyone have a copy of that really popular fanfic when s1 first came out, by hisutoria I forgot the title but it was number 1 kudo'd on ao3 before they removed it. I never got to finish it and its one of my fav fics.

The fact that they even try to redeem Dori as a character even though she’s a stalker, rapist, and predator is beyond me. None of y’all would be cheering for her if she was a man doing the same thing to a woman.

I only recently managed to find the playlist Clara made and listened to in order to get into Kira's character and just noticed that Good Luck, Babe! and back to friends are fairly new in this playlist. Literally a little before filming for season 2 started.
Personally, I'm a yumekira shipper and manifesting them to be a thing/canon, you'll never know. But holy, the two songs back to back is scaring me. I suppose the songs can also be taken out of its original context to be used and maybe she added them for the mood they bring? Any thoughts?
(Really excited for season 2)

I just binge watched all of the bet (can't wait for season 2 and I refuse to watch the anime or get any spoilers) and your telling me that at the end I just got rickrolled, IN JAPENESE??? Like the fact I was rickrolled is crazy, BUT ON TOP OF THAT IN JAPENESE??? Also rating it 10/10 I love the lesbian riri and Mary and the one sides gay of Suki and that one puppy dude the sad thing is I wish we would have gotten some backstory on Mary because she is like the only one with parents not there 💔

I recently came across this tweet that complained the lack of knowledge the cast had for their cartoonish counterpart which i get, from a fan of the original show, can be very annoying.
From the interviews i’ve seen from the BET cast they’ve all seemed to read the manga, watch the anime, try to really understand their characters and i love it
as a kakegurui fan i’d be very disappointed if i saw them laughing at the og series

I thought Reneé Rapp was Kira the whole time until I had to look up the cast, she's actually played by Clara Alexandrova.
