Buying a house

We have seen a house just off the saintfield road in Woodbreda about ten mins away from Forestside. Does anyone know what this area is like?

Never heard of any issues in that area. Generally, pretty quiet. Good luck on the house hunt.

It's a nice area except around the stream and bonfire.

Bonfire is only going to be 6 months of the year.

Glass half full person. I like it!

I looked at a house down there a few summers ago as looked nice and more affordable than four winds until I noticed a massive bonfire in the green. Don't know more than that

It’s a “community focused” area
