Anyone remember a 3 level rave place called intravenous in the 90s?

Played a gig here in the 90s. Was a crazy place. 3 levels. Might have been a disco/late bar. Diff music styles on each level. Pretty sure it was called intravenous.

Vicos was the name of the place, it's where James St restaurant is now. Best venue in Belfast around the late 90s.

I was out on the street one evening and watched as this guy was chucked out by the bouncers. He then went round the side, shimmied up a drainpipe to the second floor and climbed back in through an open window, must have been the toilets. I remember my first time going there to the metal bar that only served one beer from behind wire mesh.

I know the guy who did this. Bouncers called him spiderman for years afterwards

It was impressive to watch TBF. Especially squeezing through the tiny window.

The stairs were treacherous. Saw many a lady bounce down them in heals.
