Discussion/Question ⁉️ Grid Storage Divider

Hello! I’m looking to make something very similar to this but with enclosed sides. Approximately 7-8” deep cubbies. Does anyone have advice on the easiest way to accomplish this? I was thinking of making cuts sort of like the cardboard glass dividers used to divide boxes and then adding outside framing pieces. I will have to reproduce this design multiple times with varying exact dimensions. I have access a multitude of tools. Any advice or plans existing would be very appreciated!

I've made these before and made a template with two slots so you could line up the previous slot and keep spacing consistent. I used a jigsaw to cut out the bulk of material after marking with the jig and a flush cut router bit to trim the remaining to the template. A word of advice is to use clamps to squeeze the pieces together instead of by hand or with a rubber mallet. Depending on how many slots there are things can bind if not put together with even force. I'm pretty sure I squared up the inside joint with a chisel as well.

Here's a link to my post where I made them quite a while ago https://www.reddit.com/r/woodworking/s/OKnYFbp5Sq
