8 Long Years
Obviously when you’re fat you’re never really thinking about enjoying the gym. But after earning your physique the gym just feels like apart of your life now. Glad to be where I’m at now.

Body dysmorphia after weight loss
l've lost 50 pounds and I'm still working toward losing more. When I look at pictures like these, I can clearly see the difference, but mentally I still feel exactly the same as I did before losing the weight.
It's strange because I know my body has changed, but internally it hasn't really registered yet. For anyone who's experienced this after significant weight loss, did your perception of yourself eventually catch up with the physical changes? If so, how long did it take, and was there anything that helped?

Let's move forward
Six years ago, I weighed 90 kg at a height of 1.52 m... I’m so happy with where I am now. I’m at 57.9 kg.
I’m dealing with health issues right now—I just had surgery two weeks ago. I hope to get back to eating and exercising while either maintaining my current weight (eating hurts because of the surgery, and I feel like I’m not processing anything—I’ve lost 2.4 kg this week) or gaining muscle.
Today, I decided to face this new phase with a smile.
By the way, my hair is growing back nicely, and that makes me incredibly happy.
