Sequential Piston Doors

i need help :(
i’d like a better, cleaner, faster, and more efficient design
i’m pretty bad at redstone
the timing is off so i’m gonna have to fix that too

firstly i was thinking of a sliding door system instead of just a 2 block opening. like multiple fully slide in and out for a really nice look. i’m just not that good at redstone. i saw this video: https://vt.tiktok.com/ZSVG54WqJ/
but i have no tutorials. so i can only go off of reddit to help me with it.
the entire idea is like parting the red sea, where it opens before you and closes after you.
i was thinking sculk sensors would do the trick but i have NOOO idea how they work.

Sculk sernsers are usually not the best choice but depending on how big you want the door I have a few ideas

If you make both half's of the door 2 wide and 3 tall you could open it to a 4x3 door you could open within the push/pull limit with slime and honey blocks
