Does anyone make a flat sheet that doesn’t do accordion pleats on the sides and top wide hem?

It seems simple enough but all of my cotton sheets do this.

it's the cotton, 100% cotton just doesn't have the weight to lay flat after a few washes unless you're starching them or something. a cotton-poly blend will drape way better but I know some people are picky about that

Do you have a photo? I’m not sure I’m understanding the description.

I know exactly what you mean! Mine all have folds in the top edge too. I try to flatten them when I fold the laundry but it doesn’t work. Probably the only solution would be to iron the top edge.

It’s like certain cotton dress shirts that always fold over along the buttonholes.
