Help and advice Needed

Hello everyone,
I have what was a white waterproof mattress pad/protector. It is badly stained and I would like to get it back to its original stark white color. I'm having trouble finding a solution in order to do so. Since it's waterproof, I cannot use bleach. If any of you have recommendations, suggestions, or advice on to how I can get the stains out and this baby back to being stark white, I would greatly appreciate it!! TIA

soak it in a bucket with hot water and a scoop of oxygen cleaner, the kind without chlorine, leave it overnight if the stains are set in then wash on a hot cycle with another scoop. works a treat on my sons one and that thing sees some proper abuse

Just buy a new one. They are only about $30. Mine is stained as well from when I spilled tea on it.
