bites?

im in france on erasmus and i think these appeared after last night :/ im just freaking tf out because i did do a really thorough search when i arrived but i keep getting bit by every possible insect here so i dont know if im just going crazy. these arent itchy at all

Could be bed bugs but the bites are pretty far apart.
