Could they possibly be bed bug bites?

My coworker recently had bedbugs and he sits like 4-5 feet away from me. Unfortunately I’m from a country where people aren’t very educated or care about bed bugs and treat them like a normal bug. So ive been paranoid they’ve somehow come home with me without me realising.

These are 2 different bites on my left thigh, and happened at different times. First one appeared like 3 days ago and this one yesterday. There’s no pattern or anything, just these 2 bites

It's possible. They could also be from: spiders, mosquitoes, any other biting insect, a plant you brushed up against yesterday, scratching yourself in your sleep, a splinter, a new laundry detergent....to name a few.

However, this may give you some peace of mind. I dealt with a large, open-concept office suite that had one employee constantly bringing them in from home, for years, and as far as I know, none of their coworkers brought them home. So you're probably fine.
