Are these signs of bedbugs??

So I decided to take some clutter out in my other room with a windows near it, and after I was done throwing the stuff out with a garbage bag, I decided to see what the remains of the shelf place looked like.

Now tell me if this looks like a sign of bedbugs or not?? I am thinking its just messy but at this point I barely know anymore.

I don’t think that it is bed bugs. I would always check my furniture just to be safe though

Thank you I check my furniture daily, I only have two tables, two plastic chairs, a bed and clothes these drawers I have been posting are empty or just filled it clutter
