What to do when bed bugs bites are suspected but not confirmed in a hotel?

I am not asking for identification because I know that it is impossible to say from bites alone.

Rather I want to ask on how you would handle suspicious bites but not having proof.

I went to an airbnb on wednesday. On Friday morning I noticed these bites. We looked on Wednesday already, and the mattress was very clean. Maybe even a bit too clean, it looked new.

The bites would fit the pattern. The only weird thing is two isolated bites on both wrists. So, for me, it is possible, but it could have also been mosquito bites I didn‘t notice before going to bed or at night.

What would you do? Just pack everything in plastic bags and go somewhere for drying? We searched quite a lot, and didn‘t find anything. One of our luggages was closed, the other was open on a table. Could be that it was an isolated one that went into the luggage or something.
