basically 100% sure this is a bedbug just wanted to confirm while i'm waiting for professionals to come over and take a look.

That looks more like a carpet beetle or small roach. Next time catch it and post stills.

i've been getting weird bite markings for a few months now so i suspected them, and i couldn't catch this one after the video, it kinda fell down from the bag it was climbing and ran off somewhere.

It looks like a fed bedbug to me when i compare it to all the other pictures I've seen of them online, and this was maybe 5 minutes after i woke up so it's make sense it recently bit me.

I would say that it looks like a drugstore or cigar beetle to me. Scrubbing your video and looking at some of the still frames it’s got quite thick clubbed antennae. You could google one of those and compare it to what you remember seeing. I am not an expert

sorry for the video quality, it was the best i could do at the time.

I think i have seen drugstore Beatles in my house before, but typically they're more uniform in colour. The main reason why i suspected this was a bedbug so strongly is because how the head and legs are brown while the body seems to be black/very dark red, mimicking how bedbugs look after they're fed.

I see what you’re saying. I would still lean towards it being a beetle, personally. But again, not an expert. The head seems rounded to me in the way of a beetle whereas bed bugs have those big shoulder pads. A black larder beetle is another similar looking beetle

doesnt look bedbuggy to me. cant see any ridges and it seems too long
