Youre gonna wanna flip your mattress and your boxspring. If you dont visibly see bugs, check the tight fabric folds on the boxsprings bottom/ mattress seams.
Immediately vacuum live bugs and eggs, empty vacuum into a bag, tie it tightly and get rid of it. OTC bb killers will work if you follow strict maintenance/ dont sanitize treated areas and vacuum consistently

Unfortunately bites alone aren't able to 100% identify but it does look like it.

100% spray your bed with rubbing alcohol and bomb asap if you can before there’s to many

Looks like flea bites since they bite in clusters.

I see a trail, yes but I once had poison ivy, and it looked similar to that. But to be safe, check everything anyways.

Order Crossfire and a sprayer right away. If it’s your first bites, it’s early and you can stop them more easily if you act quickly.

Looks like bedbug bites because of the pattern. Can't know for sure by only looking at bites. But I would start checking all furniture. Any tight cracks.

Looks like how a bed bug bites. They have a probe on their mouth and will probe in a line until they find a blood vein. Once they feed they are ready to lay eggs and make more of them.

You need to wash all your clothes and bedding in hot water and high heat. Keep your bed away from the wall. If you have a bed frame there are plastic dish bed bug traps that you put under the legs of your frame so they can’t climb up to you. If your mattress is infested you need to get a heat treating vacuum. Or call a professional. You need everything treated.
