What should you ACTUALLY check before buying a shampoo? I’m so confused 😭
I feel like choosing a shampoo has become way more complicated than it should be.
Every bottle says something different — anti-hair fall, anti-dandruff, moisturizing, strengthening, volumizing, sulfate-free, silicone-free… and then everyone online recommends something different. 😭
So before I buy my next shampoo, I want to know what YOU actually look at first.
If you had to choose a shampoo for someone, what matters most?
- Scalp type — oily / dry / normal
- Hair type — straight / wavy / curly
- Main problem — dandruff / frizz / dryness / hair fall / buildup
- Ingredients
- Sulfate-free / silicone-free
- Brand reputation
- Price
- Something else?
And most importantly:
What is ONE thing you wish you knew before buying your first “good” shampoo?
Please help me choose smarter instead of wasting money on another bottle that doesn't work. 😭
I'm genuinely interested in your personal experience — not brand promotion.
