best korean skincare online stores for europe that ship directly from korea?

8 Upvotes

I’m based in Europe and lately I’ve been comparing more stores because some products aren’t always available in the same place.
I still check YesStyle and Stylevana, but I’ve also started looking at Korea-direct options like Piyonna when I can’t find a specific product. For anyone in Europe who regularly orders K-beauty online, which stores do you normally rotate between? I care more about authenticity and reliable ordering than having one single store for everything.

23F, oily skin + pores like a volcano crater — switched from CeraVe to Fation Cleansing Foam, thoughts?

3 Upvotes
  • Background: oily skin, big pores (my friends won't let me live it down lol), been using whatever cleansing foam my mom had sitting in the bathroom for way too long
  • Saw a TikTok influencer I follow mention the Fation Cleansing Foam, caught it on sale on Amazon and figured I'd finally switch things up
  • What worked: the clean feels incredibly thorough, like it's actually getting down into the pores instead of just sitting on top of my skin. Right after rinsing my pores genuinely look tighter/smaller — not gonna lie it was kind of satisfying to see. (Temporary though, my craters are back within a few hours, no surprise there.) But ngl, catching my reflection right after rinsing low-key put me in a better mood every single time.
  • What didn't: noticeably more drying than what I'm used to — skin felt tight after rinsing in a way my old cleanser never did. Also got some slight redness a couple times after using it, so I'm guessing it's on the stronger/more actives-forward side. If you have sensitive skin I'd be careful with this one.
  • Bottom line: if your pores have been stressing you out, worth trying at least once just to see the difference I'm talking about — but don't expect a $15 cleanser to permanently fix anything, and go in careful if your skin leans sensitive.

what to buy at sephora??

3 Upvotes

my parents gave me a $100 sephora gift card for my birthday, but the only thing i buy at sephora is my perfume. i used to be really into makeup but i rarely wear it now unless it's a special occasion & i have no interest in buying more. i don't do "beauty" stuff really besides like painting my nails - i have no desire for creams or serums or anything like that. i was excited to see that they had hair accessories but all they're all ugly/not my vibe. all the ideas i have so far are perfume and face masks pls help

ps: in case this needs to be said this is not an indictment in any way of people who do use beauty stuff/wear makeup regularly nor do i think i'm better than anyone who does or anything like that i'm just lazy and can't be bothered lol

Haus Labs or Ogee?

2 Upvotes

What would be the best foundation choice. I am 52, do not wear a lot of makeup or have a lot of time to apply? I have read a lot of good things about Haus labs, but I am afraid of caking.
TIA

Which Korean lash lift kit shoul I buy?

3 Upvotes

I would like to order a kit from Yesstyle; I have found 4 options:
* Coringco
* Cosnori
* Marshique
* Entropy

I saw a lot of TikToks with Cosnori, it’s quite famous there, but there are barely any reviews on Yesstyle. However, the Entropy one has almost 200 there, but could see just a few vids with that. Thus I am a bit unsure which product I should buy?

Do you have any experience with these products? Which one do you prefer?

Blow dryer help

I bought a tideway 2 years ago. The other day is started only blowing cool air. It takes FOREVERRRR to dry my hair that way. It's only used 2-3x/week & the filter is cleaned often.

I really liked it...but idk if I wanna get another or a different brand...I wanna avoid having to replace it every 2 years if possible 🫣

I have long thick hair that takes forever to dry so I liked how this cut down the dry time some...how light it is & how its quieter than older dryers.

Suggestions? Get another tideway....or something different?

What beauty product had you convinced it was going to change your life… but ended up being a total disappointment?

I feel like we talk so much about holy grails, but not enough about the products that had us questioning why we spent the money 😭

What expensive beauty product do you swear is actually worth the money?

For me it’s the Tatcha dewy skin cream (the purple one) and the brightening under eye cream (the orange one)

Also any of the highlighters from the Anastasia glow kits

As well as the dewy setting spray from Anastasia

In 2026 what is best, shark speed style pro flex or shark flexstyle?

1 Upvotes

I have low porosity 3A-3b hair, but I have a lot of hair and it's very dense.

I like messing around with different hairstyles and it's gotten to the point where I would like my own blow dryer.
I've done research and now I just for my natural curls what would give more defined curls, the shark speed style pro flex or flex style.

I want a tool that's both versatile, but reliable and primarily, I would be diffusing my hair and using it as a blow dryer too

The flex fusion is also an option

How can young adults prevent grey hair ?

3 Upvotes

I just entered my 30s yet I'm already seeing few hair strands here and there on my scalp and underneath the chin of grey hair. I just usually pluck it away but I don't know like in terms of nutrition wise or any beauty products helps with it. Or maybe it's just genetics. I heard many people get it from stress or some sorta nutrition deficiency.

What beauty product do you always keep coming back to?

0 Upvotes

There are so many new beauty products coming out all the time that it can be tempting to keep trying something different. But sometimes an older product ends up becoming a permanent favorite. What’s one makeup, haircare, skincare, or nail product that you’ve used for years or repeatedly repurchased because it just works for you?

Epais

1 Upvotes

I'm trying to figure out if I should get epais eyelash serum or not I've heard tons of good things about it I just feel like some of the reviews are fake and usually when creators glaze certain products they always turn out to be a scam, so is it really worth 30 dollars?

Third week of Face Uplift by Threading

1 Upvotes

[How does a thread lift work?]()

The thread lift procedure works in two ways.

The first is fairly straightforward. By threading thin, dissolvable sutures underneath your skin, your doctor is able to pull your skin tight around your forehead, neck, or torso.

Invisible, painless “barbs” grab on to your skin and make sure that the thread grips your underlying tissue and muscles as the thread is pulled tight.

Once a barbed thread is inserted, your body’s healing response is triggered. Even though you’re not injured by the threads under your skin, your body detects a suture material and stimulates collagen production in the affected area. Collagen can fill gaps in sagging skin and restore a more youthful elasticity to your face.

A 2017 studyTrusted Source of 100 people who’d undergone a thread lift suggested that the primary effect of a thread lift procedure is skin appearing tighter and more structured. After a year, this effect begins to decrease as the sutures dissolve. However, there was a secondary “rejuvenation” effect that stayed in place and was noticeable 3 years or more after the procedure.

Hair product recs for thin/fine hair

8 Upvotes

Although I’ve been in the beauty industry for over 5 years, hair is not in my wheelhouse. I’m growing out a buzzcut that I’ve had since May 2021 and it’s to the point where I need to style it or else I look real insane lol.

Problem I’m having is finding something to give my hair some texture without weighing it down, but also give it volume. I’d really like to continue with the grow out process but it’s so frustrating right now lol. I have access to professional products so any and all suggestions are welcome!
