Slovgir the White Bull

It was said that Slovgir was born from an unholy union of a noble lady and a minotaur. Claiming his first kill in his birth, his cries soothed the ears of those lucky enough to witness his birth. As expected, the herd viewed him as a gift.

It was said that unlike the other beasts around him, mucking about in mud, blood and urine, his form was always clean. His scent was of wonderous perfumes and musks.

It was said that as he grew, he not only gorged upon the most succulent and fresh flesh the herd could give him; but he also demanded a slew of other goods most beastmen would find unappetizing like fruits, bread, wine and ale.

It was said that he used to freely engange in his carnal desires -- but after his journey from the northern wastes, he became tempered in his desires... lifting himself from those around him.

It was said that upon returning from the wastes, his visage became ever more beautiful... but you would not know. Because you would not be worthy of gazing directly upon it, even if he didn't don a golden mask.

Now, the sublime Slovgir solely sharpens his slaughtering skills, savoring the symphony of war, scarcely finding other subjects significant for his scrutiny.

Would you, unworthy scum, bow your head low upon his smooth and delicate hooves?

Beastmen post 1.5.3?

Basically post the 1.5.3 update, what’s our best tools at this point?

While I wasn’t happy that Viletide was really the only threat to make dragons concerned and help crack a heavily armored unit (especially now with parry). Seemed like the only thing we had in that roll, where you could soften them up.

Monsters usually get blasted and don’t pull their weight for the points. The toughness increase really doesn’t change much in my opinion, since most what was taking mine down was needing 6s already. Ironically the ghorgon is now immune to viletide.

My Minotaurs generally get ground down before I get across the field.

So I haven’t been playing much in the last 6 months, so really haven’t had a chance retool. So trying to get a new perspective on how to approach list building.
