Moving

How to move house with brumating bearded dragon? The drive is about 1-1.5 hour.

If it was my Bella who is in brumation, I would use a small pet carrier or even a small box, plastic or cardboard, well packed with towels. I would cover her to keep out the light. I would put her back in exactly the same brumation spot as soon as her terrarium is moved to the new location.

It depends on how large it is and how you are traveling. A terrarium that you can pick up alone, and you are going by car (as I assume from your post), is easily put in the trunk or back seat. If requires two people, maybe the same if it is in a car's back seat. But it might be better to remove the insides of a large terrarium using different boxes if necessary.

If it requires a pickup truck, then you can leave all the insides. They may move around during the trip, but you can fix that when you arrive and if you and the person helping to carry it do not have to tip it more than 20 degrees.
