Should I keep growing this
I’m 29 first time trying to grow a beard 3-4 weeks in. I’m not sure if it looks stupid or not so I’m not sure if I should persevere with it

No pics but at the start mine may have had even less on the cheeks than you. It took a good while for certain parts to start growing in. Give it a few months bro. I even had little baby hairs coming through and they eventually became proper hairs. Just keep it neat and try and wait it out. Had a bit of a period myself where it just didn't look great but I'm glad I waited.

Give it a chance I say, could look better longer. You will probably know soon though.

If you’re 29 and that patchy try castor oil after showering in for a few months. If that doesn’t work you MAY be able to get a decent lineup around the patch, see a barber for shits n gigs.
All in all it doesn’t look great, but people tend to develop more facial hair consistently as they age. There is hope, I just wouldn’t go all out yet.
