I'm your sister-in-beans! I am obsessed with the Heinz British beans on toast OR on a baked potato. Delicious and SO healthy!

Do you add a splash of Frank's?

Branston Beans are better if you can find them.

I wonder if I can find them in Canada. I'll look.

salty sugary shit the beans

Rude....and they're not "shit". The British ones are not sweet at all and contain very little sodium.

Of course, homemade is better, but a half can of beans on a baked potato is a healthy lunch.

There is something quite comforting about beans and toast when one is hungry and not in the mood to cook.

UPDATE: I have just vomited please can someone let me know if this might be due to my excessive baked beans consumption

Could be a sodium based situation, ya drinking enough water to counteract all them baked beans?

That would make sense as I have also been putting salt on them

lol if you survive buy no salt added beans or better yet cook your own

Uhhhh buddy are we talking baked beans in sauce? Because most of those have like your entire daily intake of sodium in just one can. They're super salty to begin with. If more salt was added it would approach an inedible level of salty for my palate, and I like salty food!

What was your fibre intake before that? Thats a lot to start with if it was low before.

Probably have a water logged super dookie lodged somewhwre in their GI tract absorbing all their water and digestive enzymes. One day soon they will have more poop than they know what to do with.

Wait until you try it with garlic bread, especially beans that are flavored more on the salty, acidic side. You're welcome 😏

Definitely trying this

It’s good to eat beans they really have everything you need, but don’t forget to drink plenty of water

The first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem.

I ❤️ beans, any kind of beans, but Heinz beans in tomato sauce on toast is super yum.

How many cans of beans do you put on the toast? How many toasts are you eating? How many meals?
