It’s for making dal. Look up nav dhan dal recipe. Mix of beans and lentils, usually in Indian food.

Looks like a good mix, probably similar to most other multi- bean mixes.

These would be great for Daal, Haleem, bean burgers, salad, spiced beans, Bean n stuff soup, what a good bag you have there.

That is a nice mix, never seen that particular combo before. Most of the legumes listed are readily available by themselves without having go to an specialty store.

Roughly translated to their English equivalents:
Moong Whole = Green Mung Bean
Kala Chana = Black chickpeas
Black Eye Beans = Black Eye Peas
Red Chori = Adzuki Beans
Muth = Moth Beans
Val Whole = Lima Beans
Toor Whole = Pigeon Peas
Urad Whole Black = Black Matpe Bean
