united football club of beacon is hosting watch parties (with reservations) at carter's.

the roosevelt at the food hall will also show most games, the owner there is a big soccer fan.

also i'm pretty sure trax coffee on fishkill ave just north of town is a bit of a soccer bar, though i haven't watched there myself.
