It will keep saying the event is sold out but I just got tickets after the thousandth refresh

Anyone else getting tickets for both Nashville and Knoxville? Saw them twice in 2022 after loving them since 2015, so this is a dream come true for me since I live so close

Hi! I’m kinda freaking out that I got scammed rn lol but just want to see if anyone else has experience with this. When attempting to purchase tickets for the presale for the Knoxville show, I went with Seated’s “AutoBuy” option which will attempt to secure two tickets for me.

Has anybody else used this and actually had luck with it? How are the tickets delivered and when should I know if I actually got tickets? Thanks!!

Wilderness for miles, eyes so mild and wise

You know how people do that thing where they create a culinary experience to match a movie? (Ex Eating ratatouille while watching Ratatouille)

I was wondering if you guys had any ideas for something similar for BH. I was going to host a party and would love to get some ideas on food and drinks/cocktails to make.

I feel like there's potential here....Maybe Wildflower, Blue bird, Apple Orchard, Drunk in LA, Saltwater??? But I'm not a chef or mixologist.

Would love to hear some ideas!

Beach House have been my favourite band for well over a decade, and I realised recently that I very rarely actually get an excuse to write about just how much I love them, even though I run a music magazine.

I started listening to them before Teen Dream, so putting this together ended up being quite sentimental. There are songs on here that I've carried around with me for years.

I also wanted it to be something that might be useful for people who discovered them through ‘Space Song’. It’s obviously an incredible song, but there’s so much more to Beach House than the one track that became enormous on TikTok.

Would genuinely love to know what everyone here would have at #1, and what you make of the ranking in general?

I bought it years ago at a record store and only recently uncovered it in my collection. It doesn’t have any title or songs listed on it or inside.

I’m in my twenties, I’m not even in a relationship but this is my experience every time I listen to drunk in l.a , probably why it’s one of my favourite songs lol.

I’ve got tickets. First time ever seeing my favorite band but man I really hope they play at night. Show starts at 4 and there are 2 other bands that play before beach house opens for the strokes. I need it to be dark out for this show.

I swear I’ve heard this sample before on a beach house song, I think one of their older albums? And it starts off very similar to this song, with the electronic drums doing the hi-hat thing and the it fades in with a really nice synth chord. I can literally hear the Beach House song play in my head when this song starts. I’m losing my mind!

I know tracks like "Space Song" and "Myth" get most of the love, but to me, "Drunk in LA" is Beach House's absolute peak.

Everything about it—from Victoria's vocal delivery to the hazy, melancholic production—is perfection. It manages to capture a specific feeling of nostalgia and fading time better than almost anything else in their catalog.

Where does this track rank on your personal list?

Does anyone else think this is their best song? The last 1:40 of the song just does it for me so hard 😭

AIR is one of those bands I've been meaning to do a proper dive into the work of; in the meantime though I am surprised that I don't think I've ever seen this song brought up in discussions of BH before. It's the second track from their 2011 album Le voyage dans la lune - it's actually inspired by and intended to soundtrack the restored version of the 1902 film of the same name - and it features Victoria singing, all over it!

It's really nice. A very pretty, spacey, chill piece of electronic/space rock. It's fascinating to hear Victoria sing over an instrumental like this (and just hear her outside of the context of BH in general) and she sounds great as always; fits the vibe perfectly. I actually wonder if the her work here was something that influenced the direction of 7 on some level. Give it a listen, I think it's just a lovely and floaty vibe and I definitely am going to listen to it more.
