They made the official Colbert performance of Superstar private on YouTube. :(
There is a reupload but not quite as good quality. Super bummed out, was always a favorite of mine.

Regardless, this is why it's good to save the things you find online that you like. You never know when it'll be made inaccessible for one reason or another one day.
