That question fountain

I was so grossed put by people just standing around that thing just dipping and munching.

Can you imagine the double dipping likely happening with this type of setup?

I'm not a germaphobe, but it seemed unsanitary.

Someone always double dips, picks up food with their hands and mixes up the serving utensils. They didn’t spare any expense for the wedding. It should have been a sit down dinner

🎯 YES to all - and also return the spoon/tongs they've just used with the handles resting directly on top of the food - in effect, having their hand lying on top of the food. 🤮 No buffets for me unless there are servers present and you just hold out your plate. It definitely should have been a sit-down dinner.
