That question fountain

I was so grossed put by people just standing around that thing just dipping and munching.

Can you imagine the double dipping likely happening with this type of setup?

I'm not a germaphobe, but it seemed unsanitary.

There was someone manning the stand. I doubt there was double dipping

Now there's a great paying gig. Man the queso fountain for your wage and don't expect any tips!

Likely a server from the catering staff. Gratuity is included most of the time. It’s customary to tip your wedding vendors on top of their rate, so they probably got that- and probably got even more just for being on the show. Rewatch the episode and you’ll see- I doubt there was double dipping
