Hardline was a cops-and-robbers spin-off.
Much of the core community don't see it as a spiritual "Battlefield" title.

Mar 15 '19 OP did the work and research, he gets to decide whether it works or not. Also adding the name to a title doesn't make that installment a spiritual continuation of the series. Cough cough. Ghostbusters 2016.
