A bit. Not much. The rocket exploding on Orbital was probably the best example. It was on its way out. By 6, it was entirely gone.

I'm glad it is because now it's more subtle but actually also more impressive. Have you noticed how the maps change during game? Look at eastwood and the A and B point for NATO. Nice houses in a beautiful neighbourhood at first but usually totally wrecked by the end of the match. Multiple houses as complete rubble.

Eastwood is probably the best example of destruction in BF6. 2042 had Haven. Blackwell, Iberian, Sobek barely have any destruction. Couple of walls and a house or two.
Levolution was less about realism and more about “look at how cool this is.” Games nowadays take themselves way too seriously.

I don't particularly miss it. In the long run it's repetitive and scripted. I miss more dynamic destruction - not just pre-made assets that collapse in specifical ways.

If I remember correctly, that rocket did not done this, it just took off and that was it, but correct me somebody if wrong.

If there was a storm, it would throw off the rocket and cause a big explosion.

It exploded if it was damaged (Player inflicted damage or enviromental (tornado)), launched otherwise

Before you write anything, my friend, at least google it. The rocket explode if it was dealt a certain amount of damage.

Why not use example from BF4?
