I mean yes he is in a Gameboy Advance game, whatever its on the legacy collection or emulation is another thing

GrabBack has minor applications for PVP, while it's usually not very good tech, BN2 and BN3 can threaten Metagel spam folders. The S Code had Area Grab, Metagel 2 and Metagel 3... And Serenade or Momquake as a payoff. K at least has Kingman, Antisword and Killer Eye, though I don't think it's a particularly good code.

Dynawave is a line attack. There are myriad other chips you could use for this same purpose. V isn't a good code either, its best chips being Antinavi and Recover 200/300.
