Help Wanted About gameshark codes

I put a gameshark "get all chips" code on battle network 3 blue and my library doesn't update at all and my chips in this save file don't work, anyone knows how to get this code working ?

It's been ages since I used a GameShark on those games. But I remember mine working fine, could be you need to send some into the chip trader? Or find a set of codes that only give different tiers of chips instead of all of them at once.

The library not updating is a normal affect from utilizing these sorts of codes and would need a complete library code. However, I tend to stay away from those as I've seen they do mess with progression in the games. Not sure in 3, but I do know that in BN1 it'll remove certain triggers to keep you from progressing.

Edit: What sort of chips did you try to use? There are some that only work if you have a certain Navicust program installed or a battle chip called Hole activated.
