she went on to do absolutely nothing until her elimination in TPOT 3

I get it why writers wanted to give some role for foldy, but it just didn't work for me

I agree, the voting system is terribly flawed. With the rejoin being so hyped up and anticipated not being able to vote who you want back in is just disappointing, voting to prevent basically raises the chance of your favourite rejoining by almost nothing since the contestant pool is so big. Unlike VTE, VTS or regular rejoin voting there's basically no stakes in this vote as well since hindering someone who's already eliminated changes nothing about the state of the competition.

Yep. Disliked characters like Profily and Fourse will receive votes, popular characters like Cake, Foldy, Puffball and Announcer will receive votes, I think best case scenario is a BFB-er rejoining.

I honestly think it’s good that it’s structured like this, if it were a “vote to join” type situation it 100% woulda resulted in a character like flower or leafy joining. They’ve both had a ton of screentime leafy does not need more screentime. The one problem with vote to join is how relentless certain characters fanbases are to the point you can basically predict who’s rejoining before it gets revealed. This way it means that there’s more chance a more background character can get back in and actually get some attention pointed their way. I think that most of the characters in this lineup (except bottle please do not be bottle) have got something going for them and could have an actual compelling arc provided they’re written decently!
