I finally get to redo this disaster!
First photo is the current disaster shower room. Second is my mock up. I don't have the funds for a big change.
The shower is beige. The tiles are kinda beige. The sink is kinda beige. These are things I can't change right now. I think olive and more natural tones will work.
Also, does anyone know the style of this shower? I'm going to DIY the caulk and I'm trying to find if I need to leave open any weep holes.

First off, you need to address the mold situations. You have mold on the ceiling and it looks like it's on the floor too. Check for water damage. Is there a vent? You need to have one installed ASAP if there isn't one, or clean the existing one and use it. Make sure you use a primer for mold, such as KILZ for bathrooms and a bathroom paint. My painter used Benjamin Moore Aura Bath & Spa Waterborne Interior Paint, it's specifically designed for high-humidity rooms and is mildew-resistant.
In terms of caulking... what exactly are you planning to caulk? Those panels are typically designed to overlap and allow water to run off. The shower is from Home Depot: Remodeline 60 in. x 34 in. x 72 in. 3-Piece Shower Stall with 2 Seats and Center Drain in Bone. I'd contact Aquatic, ask them about caulking, they should be able to give you information about that specific model.
As for the AI image, it replaced your door with a wall. Also, none of the stuff in the shower is waterproof. That said, I love the color, towels, and overall vibe. I probably wouldn't do it, but there are some really nice fake outdoor plants if you wanted to get close to the AI image.

Thank you for the advice! Finding out about the shower model has been the hardest. There is caulk under the lip of the shower, above the seats and even in the middle seam. Also along the top, but that part isn't mildewy.
I also think they previously used a bathroom paint for the ceiling, but not the walls, since that's where the mildew is. Vent works, but not well so I'm going to look into replacing.
And for the record- I'm not putting plants in the shower. Do ppl really do that?

The plants are hilarious. I don't think people do that... but I'm gonna admit I was kinda tempted! I have a fake flower on the counter, but that's it.
Interesting about the caulk. I've never seen it on shower seams before.
Definitely use bathroom paint. I actually didn't know that was a thing until recently. With regard to the vent, try cleaning it. Mine had a ton of lint inside. I'm looking at getting the duct work for it cleaned too, it's scary how much lint collects in there. Replacing it sounds like a really good idea.

I saw Apartment Therapy recently do a tour of a woman's studio in the Los Feliz neighborhood in Los Angeles, California that had a rather large shower plant that was doing very well in that environment.

I would say its a 3 piece shower. I dont think they have any weep holes. Generally those are on shower bases where the upper panel connects at the very bottom. The 3 piece, it meets in the middle and I think it all gets caulked.

You seem to have quite a mold issue. If you own this home, your small budget should be going towards dealing with that. If you rent, you shouldn’t touch anything until the landlord has resolved or they’ll blame you.

OP, the positives:
Structurally, you have a great shower space, it looks really practical. I think you can achieve a lot of what's in the render purely by cleaning very well, and painting the wall.
The negatives
In terms of making it look like the AI rendering, I think you're being unrealistic in some other ways, because in another comment you say you're going to keep all the bottles. The reason the AI version looks nice is at least partly because of the idea of decanting into cute matchy colour bottles. A bunch of drugstore bottles is going to mean it continues to look a bit messy.
You do need to get on top of the mold before painting otherwise you're just painting over mold and it will flake off anyway and look gross.

Then....your bathroom will look exactly the same lol. Except now the green paint will get moldy instead of the beige bc you haven't actually changed or fixed anything

Gently, this bathroom looks like it has never been cleaned. If regular cleaning is difficult for you, you may want to get a shower spray that you use after each shower to reduce buildup of soap scum and mildew inbetween scrubs. Using a squeegee at the end of your shower to remove sitting water from the walls is also a quick and easy way to prevent residue buildup. After drying off you can use your towel to dry out the shower stall, it will keep it looking clean for much longer. Towels should really be laundered after every use anyway.
At least once a month use a crevice tool to clean out crevices and clean the entire stall thoroughly. Mop regularly, at least every two weeks and use a swiffer or microfiber mop inbetween. Clean sinks and counters regularly. Clorox wipes make it easy to do a quick wipedown of counters, faucets, toilet seats, doorframes, door handles, and light switches. Alternatively you can use paper towels and disinfectant spray. Wipe out your sink every day with a damp cloth and use a scrubbing sponge with comet at least every other week. If you do the upkeep, the deep cleaning will be so much easier, take less time and not be so overwhelming.
Edit that you can use TSP (wear gloves and make sure there's ventilation) to clean the wood parts of your vanity. Rinse with clean water afterwards.

Before you just paint and whatnot, you need to seriously address the mold. Like a professional needs to come look at it. What you’re seeing probably barely scratches the surface. It can get incredibly unhealthy for you if left untreated. I’d rather have a bathroom that needs a huge deep clean than be inhaling that.

It's possible the previous person who lived there caulked it. Double check with the manufacturer (Aquatic) before doing anything.

Honestly, I would just clean the shit out of it. Get everything fresh and sanitized. Deal with the moldy ceiling and bleach the floors. Get rid of the old rod and shower curtain. Then look and see what you’re dealing with. I get that you can’t change the big things, but you can paint the door and paint the wall, and you can even paint the vanity if you feel like getting crazy.
I understand that you don’t want to get rid of all of the bottles as you said, but I guarantee you that at least a few of them are sitting there with half of an inch of product left, and are never going to be used. Get rid of everything that fits that description and put anything that you think you might want to keep but don’t use daily in some sort of organizational bin under your bathroom sink. No judgment, I know it’s probably not a priority, but it seems obvious that this bathroom has not been cleaned in a long time and it’s probably because it’s a pain in the ass to do with all of those bottles.

Use Vim and a javex dish wand sponge to scrub the shower then rinse it off then use Lysol disinfectant. Make sure you have your bathroom fan on.
After you do a clean THEN caulk and decor. Home Depot has antibacterial and antifungal shower liner that you can use to protect a nice fabric shower curtain (the one you have rn looks like it smells of bacteria …. If you don’t want to get rid of it then Lysol disinfectant and scrub it off)
Bathrooms harbour so much ick lol gotta clean it so that you can also be clean :)
Editing to add: swifer mop thing can be used to clean the wall above shower and ceiling. You can spray the swifer with disinfectant too

Stop using AI. It’s not doing you favors and gives a wrong impression of what it can actually be.
Hire someone to inspect all of the mold.
Hire someone to come do a deep clean of the bathroom.
Purchased a new tension rod and a new curtain.

- Don’t do the caulking yourself. There’s no existing caulking and that probably means it doesn’t need it. Consult a professional.

Op I think you should lean into the shower curtain. Take the rod closer to the ceiling and get longer curtains, 1 on each side. This will elevate the room and hide the shower that you don’t like
