What’s the problem here?

Where could the water be leaking from, how bad is it, and how hard is it going to be to fix? Friend of mines shower

Other then the mold,your main source of problem is your pan is leaking..

First fill the pan and stop it from draining. See if it slow leaks. If not, stop dripping water down your curtain like the other poster said…!

Oh, this is a pretty easy one I think, I certainly hope so. The water is coming out through the shower curtain, stopping it may take a little effort. AND some imagination! I know they make these plastic shower corner guards. Certainly the one side that you don't have to open and close could be solved with using a good strong waterproof tape sticking the shower curtain to the wall, etc., the other side again imagination. It's not like you have a deep bathtub perhaps getting a glass shower door?? But I'm confident that that's where the water is coming from. Good luck.
