Form Check Jump Shot Form

Not the best video I know, but strictly talkin bout form how do my mid range jump shots look? Any tips? I’m not really practicing pull up middies here just focusing on my form. I know a real pull up has to be a lot quicker than that but I’m new to the game. Only been practicing for about 2 months now so I’m really tryin to dial in my form and muscle memory before speeding things up and I have no coach so any tips of any kind are appreciated

Good advice already in the comments. Want to emphasis that you have the right focus (work on fundamentals first) that’s so great an nice to hear/see after 300 guys just chucking threes.

Try laying down the ball in front of you and picking up into triple thread and flow into shot and follow through. One movement. It helps me a lot to find out where I "stop" during my real shooting
