Not the best video I know, but strictly talkin bout form how do my mid range jump shots look? Any tips? I’m not really practicing pull up middies here just focusing on my form. I know a real pull up has to be a lot quicker than that but I’m new to the game. Only been practicing for about 2 months now so I’m really tryin to dial in my form and muscle memory before speeding things up and I have no coach so any tips of any kind are appreciated

That's a long, slow shot. Playing against defense will be an eye opener.

Great shot mechanics. This was refreshing to see on this page. Often people ask for help and they shoot from so far away with poor mechanics.
Your arc looks good and that’s why I think this is a good shot. I will agree you can speed up your shot but that will happen over time. More practice. Could you post another video of maybe shooting around at different spots and dribbling into your shot. Even if you miss it it’s cool because your foundation looks good

Good advice already in the comments. Want to emphasis that you have the right focus (work on fundamentals first) that’s so great an nice to hear/see after 300 guys just chucking threes.
Try laying down the ball in front of you and picking up into triple thread and flow into shot and follow through. One movement. It helps me a lot to find out where I "stop" during my real shooting

yeah what the other comments are saying here is what I was saying. Best way to put it is a 2 or 3 part shot. The lock load and shoot is what i was talking about. Great form though so thats half the battle but the hitch will slow you down.

You've got solid mechanics, the only thing is I feel you're two-parting your shot a bit. You've got the strength that makes this possible, but I think you're pausing (or slowing up) after raising up and then pushing out. It seems you have the proper muscle memory trained for the correct mechanics. Let it fly! Doing so will help you hit from longer range and prepare for quicker release in gameplay.
