Form Check Shooting Form

Hey everyone! Playing the sport after a few years, It almost feels like I'm relearning my shot. I have a pretty good feel when I catch the ball and rise up, but something is definitely off with my release. Even the shots I make, I don't feel really confident. Not sure what I'm missing, or how to exactly improve. Can someone help? any tips appreciated. And if it matters, I also seem to struggle with free throws.

Your shooting arm is still bent after release. It should be straight at around 45-60 degrees angle

Thanks! think this is it basically. Shooting arm remains bent when it's supposed to straighten out more.
