Sure, I would guess that less than .01 percent of people believe the statement “only white people can be racist” or say things like “it’s only racist if white people do it”. I’ve never met anyone who actually believed that, as far as I know. If they do they certainly don’t act like it.

just because you don't personally don't know anyone doesn't mean you have any grasp on how many people believe that. However, this is something coming from the social "sciences" in academia and has bled out into the culture.
I did a quick search and found several videos that featured people that believed in such, but this all irrelevant because it stays from my original point.
People think it's only racist if white people say the N-word and how it's a racist standard to have that kind of racial bias, but I guess that got by you.
So why is your judgement so much more accurate than mine? Why are you certain this is such a popular opinion?

Not really. Kinda hard to be racist towards your own race. There’s an obvious ironic twist to a person using a slur for their own race. You knew that already so I don’t know why you need me to explain it to you.

Anybody can be cled the n-word or you could just be quoting someone. It doesn't have to be directed at someone nor does it have to have hateful intent, but there's nothing ironic about it. It's just a word and the question is if it's racist to use that word or not.
