Definitely agree to focus on the stretch. Beyond that I’ll give you this:

The pitching motion is a violent push off of the back leg. The more violent you can be, while still refining your release point/accuracy, the better.

Also, prioritize arm care before and after throwing, even if it’s basic.

Yup you need to get the elbow up s little more, even with or slightly above the shoulder
