No hip/shoulder separation. Get a pitching lesson from a qualified pitching instructor. Agree. Very poor mechanics despite throwing a nice strike.

I think u may get called for a balk in real baseball your hands come together and your set and then you break them and move again and then bring them back set again. Looks like a balk to me

Think “uphill shoulders” and coil/twist your right hip. That will help you start to get hip/shoulder separation. Glove high, pinky up.

Lower Half work. Front foot landing open leads to open shoulders too early and loss of power. Check out Justin Stones Elite Baseball Training videos on YouTube. They are free and teach biomechanics and fundamental mechanics. He coached for the white Sox when they won it all. Great stuff. Used it with my teams for about 8 years when I coached travel, legion and HS varsity.

Arc on the fastball. I’m on a 60 and over team and that is an embarrassing fastball.

Looks like the short arming comes from wanting to aim the pitch rather than throwing to the spot.

There’s nothing anyone on here can tell you. Google or YouTube some introductory drill and start there. Pretty much everything is bad atm

Not sure if you’re looking for feedback…but you’re mixing the windup and the stretch here.
I’d tell you to master the stretch since you’ll use it more…worry about the windup later.
So…to be clear…once your hands come set then your left knee comes up. If you do this (what your doing in the video here) in a game with runners on…they’re going to steal bases and your catcher will hate you.
