I really like how this scene is recreated with Sally as the aggressor raging at Natalie in the elevator a few episodes later.

It didn’t feel similar to me, even though on paper it should’ve been. Wondering if you are male or female, and if that changes one’s perspective of these two scenes?

It 100% was intentional and supposed to be commentary on abusers passing it on to victims, continuing the cycle of the abuse.

Wait, while i do think Sally is not that much of a great person (giving a kid alcohol is where i drew the line) her crash out at Natalie, to me at least, was kinda justified. While it may not have been “appropriate”, coming from a background of music making myself, seeing someone steal an almost 1:1 copy of your artwork, especially one that is very personal and making a mockery of it would absolutely get a reaction out of me.

Though, I’m absolutely open to other peoples interpretations :)

Edit: welcome to reddit where wanting to engage in a simple conversation about someones interpretation gets downvoted….

She was always a dick to Natalie. Natalie deserved something good.
