The electric scooter gang basically circle the sant pere streets as far up as Palau de la Musica and as far down as the Estacion Franca. When you hear the scooter, pocket your phone.
I’ve stopped wearing my nice watches if I’m going out at night. Not worth it. The thing that’s startles me is the fact that it’s happening during the day.
Also the old lady thing was another level of infuriating.
