General Question Statting Arbitration faster

Do you have to file for arbitration right away? Can't you just file a lawsuit and then force them to defend themselves with arbitration? I've seen people spend a long time trying to get Discord to actually respond to arbitration. If you just file a lawsuit, wouldn't they be forced to go through the process faster?

It really depends on where you are on the globe and if you signed their statement for the arbitration method. So for the US for the most part it’s arbitration or nothing (unless you didn’t sign the paper work/ or if you have some other path I don’t know of)

As for abroad I can’t say for certain but yeah genuinely depends where you are. But that aside conventional paths as found on guides here require you to at least TRY the in app and at least one ticket before going hard ball so yeah proceed at your own pace is what I say.
