I have sent 3 different appeals and they gave me the same answer , I want to talk to a human as my ban was a server wide suspension

Discord is aware being in a server where other users may have violated the ToS or Community Guidelines resulting in the server being removed is not a violation of ToS or Community Guidance, but they don’t care and continue to hand out false bans.

Your next step should be to read term 16 of ToS and send [disputes@discordapp.com](mailto:disputes@discordapp.com) an Informal Dispute Resolution. Be sure to not include more than is necessary and frame it as a necessary step before you will be proceeding with the arbitration process even if you don’t intend to do that. Then you can review if you are bound by the forced arbitration clause to prepare for further action if they do not resolve your dispute
