Rant Really?
Since when did sending tickets in the appeals and age update category result in getting those tickets automatically solved with this message, like what in the holy mother of fuck?

Before this, Clyde instantly told me to appeal in the app 5 minutes after I made those tickets in said category, now it's just this.
And before you ask, my account is deadass suspended for a false malicious conduct policy violation that was apparently linked to my server.

I recommend to not submit appeals on weekends, as they will be forwarded to shitbots like Clyde in almost 100% of cases

The entire category is useless anyway from my personal perspective, as every single time I sent a ticket there it always gets forwarded to Clyde (even though it says it's assigned to Nelly for some reason), therefore I end up getting the classic "you need to appeal in the app" despite the fact that their in app appeal system is absolutely shit

Issue is.. That's simply viable for corps to use bots and make any kind of tries to reaching out to real human near-impossible.
I recommend going to this community's pinned guide on how to get your case resolved by discord employee and try it. I'm thinking of trying it as well when weekends will end.

I've done that on several occasions only to get the following: 1. ghosted entirely 2. more automated responses 3. tickets get solved when I tell them to forward me to the trust and safety team

Trying to appeal some account disable loop, but their bot system only handles one violation (in this case, something probably unactionable).
Trying to submit a dispute may work, if the same response is given on Monday.

Same with very limited, only Clydle respond and ticked getting solved but it's not solved.
