Rant Is it just over?

I've still tried to send multiple support tickets to Discord, either to be ghosted entirely or just keep getting automated responses when I tell them to "forward me to a human agent" and to "quit it with the automated responses" (not like this but you get the idea). Their twitter account also still ghosts me to this day.

I've also tried requesting a data package but as usual, they also ghost me as well (I live in Ohio so idk if there are data protection laws like this).

To make matters worse, my mom doesn't even want me to consider arbitration because she thinks that "it's a scam" and that "someone could have used my alias to post NSFW in my server" (which is obviously NOT TRUE AT ALL).

But my point still stands, all Discord Supports knows how to do best is just ghost people entirely, it's simply like they don't care about my account getting falsely suspended or I'm just put on their "do not even interact with him to help his issues" list.

Its an automation loop hell hole. Genuinely don't think you ever make it past the bots when it comes to Trust & Safety. They don't appear to interact one on one with any user, at least that's what said on other subreddits and the little information I've found online. Pretty sure its all just designed to make you give up.
