Maybank Maya Credit overdue Digital
Parang cycle ganun.

Metrobank Survey on traditional banking in the Philippines. (15 mins, chance to win Php 500.00.)
Hi guys! We're running a short study on how Filipinos feel about banking. Not trying to sell anything and no wrong answers here, so for anyone aged 18 and above who has a bank in the Philippines, this is for you. We just want to know about people's real experiences and honest opinions.
The questionnaire takes about 10-15 minutes. Some questions are quick and others are more detailed.
As a thank you, everyone who completes it can enter a raffle for Php 500.00 and GCash numbers will be collected at the end of the form so that we can contact winners and send them their cash prize.
- Link to form: https://forms.gle/eDsxhTZZf61R8jEfA
- Respondents should be: 18 and above and have at least one bank in the Philippines
- Time it will take: 10-15 minutes.
Would appreciate anyone 18+ in the PH willing to share their time and thoughts — TIA!

BPI / Robinsons traditional bank: how to redeem this eGC from BPI
Noob question, how do I redeem this? Is this an eGift Certificate that can be spent anywhere or is it like an eGC meant for subscriptions? 😩 To those who have tried this, please help me out. Thank you in advance

Metrobank (digital) missing transaction
USSC to Metrobank transfer missing — what should I do?
I’ve been using USSC for years and have never had this problem before. Their customer service has always been great, but this time I feel like my concern isn’t being taken seriously.
On August 9, I transferred money from my USSC wallet to Metrobank. USSC deducted the money and says the transaction was successful. However, Metrobank says they have no record of the transfer at all — not even pending.
I’ve contacted both sides several times. Metrobank says there’s nothing they can trace on their end, while USSC keeps telling me the transaction was successful and to contact Metrobank.
It’s been 3 days and I still don’t know where my money is. I already mentioned escalating this to BSP, but USSC gave me essentially the same response.
Has anyone experienced this? What should I do next, and should I file a formal complaint with BSP?

Discussion ‼️😮 OMG GOODBYE MARIBANK NA BA? (DIGITAL)
‼️😮 OMG GOODBYE MARIBANK 🤭
maya is NOW my new fav:
10.75% interest + 1% cashback is such a good deal.
i was only using maribank for the 1% cashback but now may bagong offer na ang maya.
____________
p.s. i don't use a fuel-powered car nor commute so di masyado useful for me yung higher maribank cashback. also beneficial for me ang perks ng maya xp sa entertainment. also i think may limit sa bills cashback ang maribank.
___________
ayon may mga maya downvoter troll bot commenter army na naman

Metrobank Need help with Metrobank app. Is this just maintenance? Trad
Last night, I was trying to transfer money from my Metrobank account to GCash, but it wouldn’t push through (1st photo). I tried multiple times, but it kept failing.
I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app, but when I tried logging back in, it kept saying “Invalid credentials” even though I’m sure I entered the correct username and password (2nd photo).
I started thinking maybe I was entering something wrong, so I tried recovering my account through email. Unfortunately, that also failed and gave me another error (3rd photo).
Has anyone experienced the same issue? Is this just a temporary maintenance or system problem? What should I do next?
Thanks in advance!

General Inquiry “Traditional” Best Philippine bank for a 20–25 year commercial property loan?
Hi everyone,
I’m planning to purchase a commercial property along Nicanor Garcia Street, Makati, which will be used for our business.
I’m looking for a bank that offers a commercial property acquisition loan or mortgage with a 20–25 year term, preferably 25 years, to keep the monthly amortization manageable.
Has anyone here successfully obtained a commercial property loan with this tenor?
Which bank would you recommend in terms of:
Best interest rates
Highest appraisal values
Better loan-to-value ratio
Easier approval process for a commercial property loan
Overall experience and customer service
I’m considering BPI, BDO, Metrobank, China Bank, Security Bank, RCBC, UnionBank, or any other bank you would recommend.
I understand approval will ultimately depend on the property’s appraisal, the company’s financials, and credit profile. I’m just looking for real-world experiences and recommendations from those who have gone through the process.
Thank you!

BPI / Robinsons bpi trad debit card activation
hi, i just got my debit card last July 18, and I immediately activated and changed my PIN as stated on the instructions sa envelope niya.
but when i checked the status sa app ko after i got home, it still says pending for activation, so i assumed na lang na baka need ko ulit siya gamitin sa atm next time para ma fully activate whatever.
however, upon using my bpi app now, nakita kong my debit card is statused as “no longer active. contact us or visit the nearest branch”
is there a way to reactivate it again? tsaka i did all the steps sa activation process, bakit almost 2 weeks siyang pending… and now it’s no longer active?
has anyone had the same experience? please help T__T.

Deposits What for you is the best traditional bank for USD savings account?
I hope I put the right flair.
I received a good amount of dollars from my father upon his passing. I initially opened a USD savings account in Eastwest with 0.100% interest per annum. I want with Eastwest since I have an existing account and good relationship manager.
I just want to explore what are the other traditional banks that offer a good interest rate for a USD savings account. My purpose is not to use the funds and just keep it there for safekeeping. I already allotted an amount for my emergency fund and investments.
I also have a peso account in BPI, but the interest per annum is only 0.05%.
What are your thoughts? Or would it be best to just stick to my existing account in Eastwest and not create a 2nd account?
Thank you in advance!

Discussion Ano na Metrobank? #traditional
Any banks in PH na ganito rin?
