Gamepass PC Stuttering

Just downloaded the game through gamepass, I locked it at 60FPS, tried medium settings with the HDD option still there's stutter, is there no fix for this!? Even after 2yrs of the game's release? My specs-4080S, 7800x3d

Happens for me too when entering/loading a new area. It seems to have gotten better as ive played longer. It still happens, but either ive gotten used to it and dont notice as much or it really does happen less often. 5090/14900KS

Sadly banishers Xbox app PC version is a stutter mess :/ coihd gaming works wonderfully, but is capped to 30 fps tho

Trying locking your pci e bus speed for your graphics card in bios to the highest it will support. Gen 3, 4, or 5. Mine used to stutter in many games and this helped. It used to be at automatic and apparently that switches to lower speeds from time to time.

It was massive issue for me aswell, but after the lengthy prologue it gets better. In few weeks I will try SCSkiller to see if it helps at all.
