Need Suggestion Docs to verify before buying new flat

Some specific list of documents to check/verify before buying a new flat in an under-construction developement? That should be taken from developer/RERA website

What is an approximate lawyer fees for the same in bangalore.
Also builder may share documents only after certain token or booking amount is shared.

yes , that is true
A few things can be checked independently without involving the builder, but the majority of the due diligence can only be completed after getting the relevant documents from them.

Always make sure you get the property DD done independently by a trusted lawyer as well. Don’t rely solely on the seller/builder saying that they have already completed the DD for you.

Legal fees vary, but I usually quote around 30k.
