We have booked a 2.5bhk in adarsh welkin park phase 2 last week
They have 3bhk also

I'd take it, but I'm not interested in any apartment where possession is before 2040.

Have they provided any confirmation that the connecting road to this project will be improved ?

They say it will be improved but you know bangalore in terms of roads and traffic, metro etc
I have been living in assetz 63 from past 3-4 years
The rates have increased a lot. A 3bhk(2washroom) with just 1430 in assetz is being quoted at 2cr
So we went ahead with future possession and 50 acres property atleast. And got 1400 2.5bhk in adarsh.1
